If you find an error with your order or you need to return or exchange an item, please contact us at email@example.com and we will find a quick and easy resolution for you. We will provide you with a return authorization (RA) number and answer any questions regarding the product return/exchange procedure.
Please follow the return check list to ensure that no shipping damage will occur.
Products covered by a manufacturer's warranty is sold with the warranty by the manufacturer extended to the purchaser. We will be happy to assist in obtaining fulfillment of a manufacturer's warranty.
Return for Refund
We will accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
Only unused product that has not been driven on is eligible for return.
Credit amount will be calculated as follows:
TYRES: Credit less all shipping charges and bank charges incurred.
ENGINE OIL: Credit less all shipping charges and bank charges incurred.
Credits will be issued to the credit card used on the order. If payment received was by online banking, we will refund by online banking to your account.
Shipping and Damage Claims
If your shipment has arrived with a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us. We will report the damage to the shipper and arrange for replacement or exchange. Damaged products must be completely repackaged in the original packing and we will arrange for the return.
Return Check List
- Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a RA#.
- Original packing should be completely intact. (If not, ship tyres individually. Do not tight together.)
- Each tyre (even when tight to another tyre) should be clearly labeled with your return address and our address.
- Packing slip with RA# should be tape securely on tyre.
